How do you get banks to compete for my business?
We work with over 15 banks that offer literally hundreds of mortgage
products. We present your information to up to three banks and
then a broker presents these quotes to you. Different banks have
different products and requirements. Depending on your specific
situation, each bank’s products may offer varying advantages
and rates.
Will you share or sell my information?

For home sales, Realtor rates will be disclosed up front. For
mortgages and home loans, TucsonLuxuryHomes.com does not charge
you, the consumer any fees for our quote service. You will be
responsible for paying the loan processing and closing costs and
any other fees. We are simply a broker between you and the Bank
that you choose and are paid when a loan closes.

to find a loan?
Yes, we focus on servicing local Pima County and Arizona customers,
however our lenders can provide loans anywhere in Arizona and
